Originally from Lima, Ohio, Jordin Moots earned her Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Findlay in Ohio. She proceeded to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree also from the University of Findlay.
Jordin grew up around healthcare because her mother and aunts were in the field. Being around it for so long, Jordin knew medicine was something she wanted to pursue personally. Jordin finds herself to be personable and to have a calming and relaxed personality that patients' value in their physical therapist.
Jordin loves being a physical therapist because it allows her to establish a good relationship with each patient, along with getting to see their journey from start to finish and all the progress in-between. When it comes to caring for patients, Jordin believes listening to their needs, their complaints, and what's currently going on with them is most important. She understands that even the smallest bit of information can go a long way in how you treat them on a particular day.
Jordin and her soon-to-be husband have lived in Ohio, North Carolina, Kansas City, and now have settled down in the Capital Region, specifically Rensselaer. In her spare time, Jordin enjoys working out and outdoor activities. She is excited to explore the area and go hiking in the nearby mountains!
