Edward Foley, DO

Dr. Edward Foley graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Foley proceeded to complete two internships in internal medicine from Beth Israel Medical Center and St. Clare’s Hospital and Health Center. Dr. Foley completed his residency at Albany Medical Center, where he also holds a fellowship in geriatrics. He is also a member of the National Board of Osteopathic Medicine Examiners and is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Foley always envisioned being a general community physician and, with his particular passion for geriatric medicine, he decided to specialize in internal medicine and geriatrics. He also has a medical interest in obesity and wellness. Dr. Foley’s favorite part of his job is interacting with his patients and their families and helping them to be involved in health decisions.
In his spare time, Dr. Foley spends his weekends raising his three dogs, working out, gardening, and caring for his family.
