We have recently evolved to be the only multi-specialty medical group with a fitness facility for our patients. Opening this gym allows us to focus on total health, promoting prevention and overall wellness. Doctors often encourage some type of exercise for patients. Community Care Physicians is going one step further by offering a healthy option for exercise.

Workout, the fitness center at Community Care Physicians, is an exclusive facility located in Latham, NY for our community of patients in the Capital District. Whether you are improving your lifestyle, restoring your quality of life due to a medical condition, or continuing a personal rehabilitation program, here you can access the latest fitness equipment conveniently offered by your provider of healthcare.

From fitness enthusiasts to “non-gym” individuals in the Capital District, this facility provides a non-threatening environment with the necessary tools for a lifestyle change. With access to free fitness assessments and consultations with a personal trainer, you are able to ease into getting fit and feeling better.

Reach Your Fitness Goals

Lack of physical activity is associated with a growing list of disorders including obesity, cardiovascular disease, depression and disability. The Department of Health and Human Services has issued physical activity guidelines for Americans. Adults should engage in moderate intensity physical activity for at least 2-1/2 hours each week, preferably spread throughout the week and should perform muscle strengthening activities at least twice weekly.


We’re designed to move. So, get moving! You’ll look better, feel better, be better. Join the fitness center where you write the script for healthier living.
