Making an Appointment: To make an appointment, simply call our office during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
For routine non-urgent appointments such as an annual physical, you can leave a message for a call back by dialing 785-5881 and selection option 4.
Can I schedule my appointment online?
Our goal is to see all patients in a timely manner. We make every attempt to schedule your appointments with the physician you consider to be your primary provider. If that is not possible due to the urgent nature of your problem or the availability of your doctor on that day, we will then offer you an appointment with another available physician or physician assistant so your problem can be addressed quickly.
Scheduling an Appointment: When you schedule your appointment, make sure the receptionist knows the reason for your visit. Certain problems require certain time alottment and are scheduled at particular times, such as physical exams and minor surgical procedures, so you receive the most appropriate treatment. The more information you provide the receptionist, the better; allowing your needs to be addressed.
While we try to address every issue at one visit, understand that certain problems require much more time than others. It becomes difficult to evaluate 2 or 3 comprehensive issues in one appointment time. So, you may be asked to schedule a second appointment to discuss multiple problems. If you have many issues, be sure to discuss with your doctor at the beginning of your visit so you can prioritize them together. Your most important concerns can be addressed that day and a subsequent visit scheduled for the remaining, less urgent matters.
Confirming your Appointment:
Two days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a call from our automated appointment confirmation system. This system enables you to confirm, cancel, or indicate you need to reschedule your appointment.
