We are very happy to welcome you to our Interventional Radiology practice.  We appreciate the chance to take care of you and your family.  Our office is focused on providing you with the highest quality of care. 

Most of our patients are seen in consultation at our Latham office prior to the performance of any procedures.  During this visit, one of our physicians will review your records and any tests that you have had in order to make an assessment of your condition.  A nurse practitioner will be assisting the physician to complete your evaluation, and you will meet other members of our interventional radiology team. 

We will then discuss our treatment recommendations with you.  This plan will also be reviewed with the physician referring you to our office.  If it is determined that you need treatment, we will work with you to schedule your procedure at the hospital or practice site best suited to meet your individual needs.   

When you come for your consultation, please remember to bring a list of your current medications and copies of any imaging studies that you have had recently (x-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, etc.).  Please bring your insurance card and any applicable claim forms with you as well.  If your insurance company requires that you have a referral from your primary physician, please have it faxed to our office prior to your appointment.  Please be advised that co-payments are due at the time of your visit.
