Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, and Monday evenings until 6:30 PM.
After Hours, our Urgent Care Center at Capital Region Health Park is open from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM weekdays, and from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM weekends and holidays.
A physician is on-call at all times for emergencies.
Peak Hours
Our maximum telephone traffic occurs between 8 AM and 10 AM. If your call is not urgent, we suggest you call after 10 AM. Otherwise, we will handle your call in the order in which we receive it.
Call Backs
The physician will return your phone call when his or her immediate patient responsibilities permit. This may be at the end of the morning or afternoon patient session. We will try to provide you with information about when you may expect to receive a call back.
Please provide our office with telephone numbers at which you can be reliably reached during the call back time period. It is a good idea to leave an alternate number. If you have caller ID, you need to disable it for the physician to call you back.
If your problem is urgent, please tell the operator, and the operator will connect you with a nurse. In general, if you are ill, the physicians prefer that you be seen and evaluated to receive the best care. We will usually offer you an appointment on the day that you call.
If you believe that you are seriously ill or injured, go to the emergency room or call 911. You should notify our office afterward.
