CHA’s Occupational Services are geared to help you address the needs of your business and of your employees. We have over fifteen years of experience in occupational and industrial health, as well as in primary health care.
We will work with you to design and implement a system that incorporates all elements of risk and safety management. This includes hazard identification and evaluation, prevention and wellness, program development, injury and illness management, work accommodations, ergonomics, job evaluation and risk assessment.
Special evaluations are available and include Independent Medical Examinations, Impairment Rating, Disability Determination, and Assessment of Causation and Apportionment.
We will work with other consultants to your business, or, when indicated, will recommend you to those whom we know and trust.

About Our Medical Director
Dr. Ronald V. Musto, Director of Occupational Health Services, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and in Occupational Medicine. He received the Doctor of Medicine degree from the Albany Medical College and his Master of Public Health from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is a certified IME by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and MRO by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is also an Aviation Medical Examiner. Dr. Musto has been practicing Occupational Medicine and Primary Care in Troy since 1982. He is an attending physician on staff at Samaritan Hospital in Troy.
