Community Care Physicians, P.C. brings together providers who specialize in obstetrics and gynecology as well as family medicine physicians who provide gynecological care.

With physicians affiliated with both Saratoga and Albany hospitals, obstetrics patients who choose a Community Care Physicians OB/GYN will have a choice of delivering at either Albany Medical Center or Saratoga Hospital.

If you have a primary care provider (PCP) at Community Care, your PCP and your OB/GYN will share access to the same electronic health record (EHR). Replacing your traditional paper chart, this electronic system allows the providers administering your care to share information in real time with the highest level of confidentiality, enhancing quality of care.
