The doctors of Niskayuna Family Medicine are dedicated to helping you maintain your health. Our physicians are board certified in the field of family medicine, which means they can care for patients of all ages. Being able to treat people of all ages allows our patients to build long-term relationships with our providers. Whether you are looking for a doctor for your new baby, searching for a doctor for your whole family, or are just interested in choosing a doctor to care for you as an adult, our physicians can help. Niskayuna Family Medicine utilizes modern technology to enhance efficiency and allow for greater patient-centered care. Our office utilizes an Electronic Health Record to assist in collecting, evaluating and documenting information regarding your medical care.
Our experienced and compassionate staff strive to make our office comfortable and supportive. Our location at 2125 River Road provides you with access to several specialty services on-site so you don't have to travel to different medical buildings across the area for care. Our location provides access to Urgent Care Plus of Community Care Physicians, which provides medical care after hours during the week, weekends and on holidays. Here you can receive care for non-emergency issues that can't wait for regular office hours with your primary care physician at our office. The Urgent Care Center can see patients of all ages and shares the same Electronic Health Record system that Niskayuna Family Medicine uses. So, you can be sure your primary care physician at our practice has your most up to date records about care you've received after hours at the on-site Urgent Care.
We also provide access on-site to digital X-Ray and ultrasound services through ImageCare Medical Imaging at Community Care Physicians.
Niskayuna Family Medicine welcomes new patients to our practice and values the established relationships with our current patients. Our providers and staff are dedicated to providing medical care with skill and compassion. We work together every day to provide first rate care to you and your family.
