For sick and non-life threatening emergencies, you can visit our Urgent Care Centers located across the Capital region area. Please click here for hours and directions to our Urgent Care Centers in Latham, Delmar, Niskayuna, Schodack, and Clifton Park (Pediatrics only). You do not need to be an established patient of Community Care Physicians to use these Urgent Care locations.
