Health and Wellness Day
Community Care Physicians invites you to our "Meet and Greet: Health and Wellness Day" on June 6th from 11am to 2pm. Whether you are looking for a new doctor within Community Care or are already a patient, this event provides you with a unique opportunity to get to know Community Care staff from our multiple office across the Capital Region.
