We accept requests from professional associations, civic or parent groups, social clubs, employers, religious institutions, community groups, support groups and others.

Q: Can I visit Community Care Physicians' Urgent Care Center in Latham even if I don’t have a regular doctor?
A: Yes, our Urgent Care Center is open to everyone, regardless of age or whether you are currently a patient of a doctor who is part of Community Care Physicians. Our Urgent Care Center can treat non life threatening illness and injury.
We are open on weekdays from 5PM-Midnight and on weekends and holidays from 10AM – 10PM. Most major health insurance plans are accepted. Walk-ins are welcome. Please call us at (518) 783-3110 during Urgent Care hours for more information.
