Q: Who can I call when I have a question about my bill?

A: Our Patient Services and Billing Representatives can be reached at
(518) 782-3700. They will be happy to assist you and are available during
regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm).


Q: What Health Insurance do you accept?

A: We accept most major health insurance plans. (Accepted Insurance)


Q: Can I visit Community Care Physicians' Urgent Care Centers even if I don't have a regular doctor?

A: Yes, our Urgent Care Centers are open to everyone, regardless of  age or whether you are currently a patient of a doctor who is part of Community Care Physicians.  Our Urgent Care Centers can treat non-lifethreatening illness and injury. 

Most major health insurance plans are accepted. Walk-ins are welcome. Please visit our Urgent Care web page for more information including hours, locations, and phone numbers.
